Which business card format suits your content?
When choosing a format, first consider how much information the card needs to include. Your name, job title, phone number, email address and website need enough room to remain legible at actual size. The rectangular 85 × 55 mm and 90 × 50 mm formats offer different proportions for your logo and text; the 50 × 50 mm square format calls for a more compact layout. If you’d like to spread the content across multiple panels, see the folded options in the calculator. Before approving your order, check the orientation of both sides and the fold position. Keep important information away from the trim edge and rounded corners.
Paper, Lamination and Corners
Choose the material and finish together. The calculator offers several paper types and weights, so you can look beyond the size of the business card. Compare your chosen material with matt or gloss double-sided lamination. Corner options include square corners and the listed rounded or die-cut options. If you plan to write or stamp on the card, check that the specific material and finish are suitable. Check your selected paper, lamination and corner finish in the order summary.
Quantity, Different Designs and Ordering
Set the total quantity and number of designs separately. When ordering business cards for several colleagues, make sure file names and quantities for each design are clear. Set up a separate configuration for each different format or material and add them to the same cart. The calculator shows the price for your selected quantity excluding VAT; delivery and taxes are calculated at checkout. Choose from the production options currently displayed. There’s no need to resend files you’ve already shared by email or WeTransfer, and you can place your order without uploading them.

What business card sizes can I order?
The calculator offers 85 × 55 mm, 90 × 50 mm and 50 × 50 mm formats, as well as two folded options in 85 × 55 mm. For folded business cards, check the preview of your selected option and how the content is arranged across the panels. Don’t change the dimensions of your print-ready artwork after selecting an option and placing your order.
Can I order double-sided business cards?
Yes, you can choose full-colour single-sided or full-colour double-sided printing. For double-sided printing, prepare artwork for both sides and check their orientation. Use the reverse for additional information, a second language, or graphics to suit your needs.
Are laminated business cards and rounded corners available?
The calculator lets you choose no lamination, matt double-sided lamination or gloss double-sided lamination. You can also select corner finishing separately. Your choices affect the specification and price, so check both fields and the format preview before adding your order to the cart.
How do I order business cards for multiple employees?
Enter the total quantity and number of different designs. Clearly name the artwork for each employee and specify how you want the print run divided. If employees need different formats or materials, set up separate configurations. The “Different designs” field alone doesn’t indicate how many copies are for each person.
What affects the price and production time of business cards?
The price depends on the selected format, material, quantity, designs, printing, finishing and production time. Check the current price in the calculator; delivery and VAT are shown in your cart. If you need your order by a specific date, choose an available production option that suits your schedule. Production time is not necessarily the same as delivery time.
