DTS offers a 640 × 315 mm format in the calculator, with multiple sheets and a backing board. Choose the number of sheets per pad, paper weight, colour or black-and-white single-sided printing, and gluing at the head or side. Before ordering, make sure the quantity of finished pads matches the number of sheets in each pad.
Desk pad configuration and ordering
Once you’ve configured your product in the calculator, add it to your basket. The order quantity is added as one set. Delivery and VAT are calculated at checkout. We review every order before production and will contact you if anything is unclear.
Space for notes and brand visibility
When designing a desk pad, leave plenty of space for writing. Place your logo and contact details near the edge, and use the centre for notes, task lists or structured sections. This keeps the pad practical for everyday use. Before designing a grid or form, decide on the orientation and the position of the glued edge. The 640 × 315 mm format is suitable for a wide layout on a desk. If the pad is intended for several departments or different clients, you can prepare multiple designs with a consistent look and customised details. Make sure the quantity for each version is clearly specified.
Number of sheets, paper and backing board
The number of sheets determines the size of each finished pad. Set it separately from the number of pads ordered. You can choose between 20 and 110 sheets in increments of five. Extra uncoated paper is available in the current configuration in weights of 80, 90, 100 and 120 g/m². Choose single-sided colour or black-and-white printing for each version. The sheets come with an unprinted BOARD ONE 300 g/m² backing board. When choosing the paper, consider how the pad will be used and how it feels to write on; to compare different options, keep the print run and sheet count the same in the calculator.
Gluing and ordering finished pads
Choose the binding option Glued at the head or Glued at the side. The selected position should suit the artwork orientation and how users will access the sheets. Before submitting your order, check that the Quantity field shows the number of finished pads. The sheet count then applies to each pad; twenty pads with fifty sheets each means twenty products, not fifty. Enter the number of designs and the production time, then check the full configuration. Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a paper desk pad or a mouse pad?
This product is a multi-sheet paper desk pad with a backing board. It is designed for writing, taking notes and displaying promotional artwork on your desk. Rubber or fabric mouse pads are not available in this calculator.
What size is the paper desk pad?
The calculator uses a format of 640 × 315 mm. Adapt the artwork, section layout and text orientation to these dimensions. Before preparing your design, also consider which edge will be glued so the layout works well on the desk and the sheets are easy to use.
How many sheets can each pad contain?
The calculator lets you choose between 20 and 110 sheets per pad, in increments of five. This is separate from the quantity of pads ordered. For example, you can order several finished pads, each with the same selected number of sheets.
Is black-and-white printing also available?
Yes. Colour and black-and-white single-sided printing are available. Choose colour printing for a pad with a colour logo or coloured sections, and black-and-white for black text and simple forms. The price is calculated based on your selection.
Does the desk pad have a rigid backing?
Yes. The configuration lists an unprinted BOARD ONE 300 g/m² backing board. The sheets are bound with glue at the head or side, as selected in the calculator. Printing on the backing board is not listed as an option for this product.
