Foam board is a practical substrate for display graphics, photographs and lightweight indoor signs. At DTS, configure your order to your required dimensions, then specify the quantity and number of different designs. The configurator offers white Foam K boards and a black option, with single- or double-sided printing and optional lamination. Hanging hardware is also available if needed. This makes it easy to adapt the same graphic concept for a presentation, shop window or exhibition. The current price is shown once you select your options, excluding VAT. Which foam board should I choose?
The current configurator offers white Foam K boards in 3, 5 and 10 mm thicknesses, as well as a 5 mm black version. Choose an option based on the graphic size, the desired edge appearance and how the board will be displayed. Black and white substrates create different looks, especially when the edge remains visible. For a series of exhibition signs, it is useful to keep the same thickness throughout. Foam board is presented on this page primarily for indoor use. If the graphic will be exposed to moisture, used outdoors or handled frequently, compare other rigid materials before choosing.
Print sides, lamination and hanging hardware
Choose single- or double-sided printing. If the sign will be visible from both sides, clearly label the front and back artwork and indicate their orientation when preparing your files. Lamination is optional; choose from matt, gloss or write-on/wipe-off finishes. Hanging hardware is selected separately and is listed in the configurator as a set of two. Before ordering, consider the weight of the finished graphic, where it will hang and what it will be mounted to. Selecting accessories does not include on-site installation.
Dimensions and preparing a run of signs
Enter the width and height in centimetres. The current calculator accepts widths up to 150 cm and heights up to 300 cm, but choose a format that is practical to transport, install and handle. For multiple signs with the same specifications, set the total quantity and number of designs. Enter different dimensions or finishes as separate configurations. Make sure your files have sufficient resolution for the selected enlargement, and keep important information away from the edges. If you have already sent your graphics by email or WeTransfer, you do not need to upload them again when placing your order.

Can I order different designs on each side?
The calculator supports double-sided printing. When sending your artwork, clearly label the front and back files and indicate their orientation. You can place your order before submitting the files; select the double-sided option in the configurator to ensure the order specifications are correct.
How do I add hanging hardware?
Select the hanging hardware option under extras. The configurator lists it as a set of two. This option is separate from lamination, so check both settings and the product summary before adding the item to your cart.
What is the difference between foam board and Forex board?
Kapa, also known as Foam K, is a lightweight board intended primarily for indoor signs. Forex refers to foamed PVC boards, which have a different construction and range of thicknesses. Choose based on the application, size and mounting method—not just the starting price.
