Configure and order printed writing pads
Once you’ve configured your product in the calculator, add it to your basket. The order quantity is added as one set. Delivery and VAT are calculated at checkout. We review every order before production and will contact you if anything is unclear.
Standard notepads and NCR carbonless pads
A standard writing pad is designed for writing on individual sheets: meeting notes, work sketches, lists or a pre-printed form. You can include your logo and contact details while leaving enough room to write. A self-copying NCR pad is a different product, with its own range of formats and material in the calculator. Before preparing your artwork, clarify the sequence and content of the sheets you need for your form. Number of pads and sheets per pad
For standard pads, you can choose 20 to 120 sheets in increments of five; the current calculator lists NCR pads with 100 sheets. The order quantity, however, means the number of pads. If you choose 20 pads with 50 sheets each, you are ordering 20 finished products, with the corresponding number of sheets to print. Check both figures before confirming, as they affect the materials, production and weight of your order. For multiple designs, specify how many pads you need for each design rather than relying on the filenames to indicate the split.
Gluing, hole punching and artwork
Choose the glued edge to suit how you’ll use the pad. The layout will differ for a pad that opens at the top and one that opens at the side; position text, lines and your logo with the selected edge in mind. The calculator offers glue binding at the top or side, as well as several hole-punching options. If the pad is for forms, leave enough room for handwriting and consider how it will be stored. Choose colour or black-and-white printing based on the content, not just the logo. To check the total price, also select the print run and production time. Check final delivery costs and VAT in the cart.

Can I print my company logo on writing pads?
Yes. Prepare artwork with your logo, contact details, lines or a form, and choose the right printing method. Before ordering, make sure there is enough space left for writing. For double-sided printing, the reverse side should also account for the glued edge and intended use.
How many sheets can one pad have?
The current calculator lets you choose 20 to 120 sheets for a standard pad, in increments of five. For self-copying NCR pads, the listed option is 100 sheets. The sheet count applies to each pad; set the total number of pads in the quantity field.
What does the total quantity mean in the calculator?
For this product, the quantity means the number of finished pads, not the total number of individual sheets. A quantity of 10 and a sheet count of 50 means ten pads, each with 50 sheets. So before adding the order to your cart, check the quantity, sheet count and number of different designs as three separate details.
Can I choose the binding and hole punching?
You can choose glue binding at the top or side. The calculator also offers an option with no holes or a selected number of holes. Allow for the glued edge and planned hole punching in your artwork, so they don’t cover text, your logo or form fields during use.
Can I order self-copying NCR pads?
Yes, select “NCR Self-copying”, then choose the available format and print settings. NCR pads have their own material and sheet count. Clearly specify the content and intended sequence of your form; selecting a type does not automatically determine every detail of its configuration.
