Configure and order a printed roll-up banner stand
Once you’ve configured your product in the calculator, add it to your basket. The order quantity is added as one set. Delivery and VAT are calculated at checkout. We review every order before production and will contact you if anything is unclear.
Roll-up models and sizes
The range includes the Economy, Pro, Deluxe, Deluxe Pro, Big Pro and Twin series. Find a model by series or width. Many models have a nominal height of 200 cm; Deluxe Pro has an adjustable height range, while Big Pro is a larger format. Before preparing your file, check the full name of the selected model, not just its width. Twin is the double-sided option, while the Outdoor designation applies only to the specifically marked model. If you plan to use the stand outdoors or in more demanding conditions, check the suitability of the particular system and how it will be used before choosing it.
Complete sets, replacement graphics and stands
In the configurator, the Complete Set option is described as the stand, printing and graphic installation. Graphic Replacement includes removal of the old graphic, printing and installation of the new graphic, so it’s important to check that it’s compatible with your existing system. DIY means printing only, without the stand or installation; Stand Only means the product without a printed graphic. Check your selection before adding the item to your cart, as the model name alone doesn’t tell you which service is included. Installing a graphic in the retractable system is not the same as setting up the stand at an event or travelling to your location; these services must be arranged separately.
Artwork for the selected roll-up system
Place your main message and prominent branding at the top of the roll-up, where they are usually most visible. Arrange smaller details and key contact information so they remain legible when the stand is in normal use. The visible graphic area is not always the same as the print file size: the system may require extra material for clamping and winding. Before printing, follow the requirements for the exact model selected. When replacing a graphic, send the model number or a photo of the existing stand. If you have several different graphics, name the files to match their configurations. There’s no need to upload files again if you’ve already sent them with your order.

Does the price include the stand and printing?
The option you select in the Options section determines what’s included. The Complete Set includes the stand, printing and graphic installation. Other options include Graphic Replacement, DIY (print only), and Stand Only (no printed graphic). Before adding the item to your cart, check which option you’ve selected.
What widths are available for roll-up stands?
The configurator offers models in widths of 60, 80, 85, 100, 120, 150 and 200 cm. Not all series are available in every width. Select a model and check its full name, including the height or permitted height range.
Can I replace just the graphic on my existing stand?
Yes, the configurator includes a Graphic Replacement option. Before ordering, make sure you’ve selected the right system; send the model number, dimensions or a photo of your existing stand. Different mechanisms and attachment methods may require the artwork to be prepared differently.
Do you offer double-sided roll-up stands?
Yes, the Twin series is available in 85 × 200 cm models. Select the exact model and the correct order option. For double-sided graphics, clearly label the files for each side and follow the requirements for the selected system.

Prepare the artwork to the requirements for the exact model selected. The stated visible size, for example 85 × 200 cm, may differ from the required print size because extra material is needed for clamping and winding. Confirm the correct template or dimensions before production.
