We currently record at the client’s location. We don’t yet have our own podcast recording studio. We bring the recording equipment, microphones and LED lighting to you, and adapt the setup to the space.

A quiet space with little echo, enough room for participants and equipment, and access to power is ideal. A meeting room or office can be a good choice, as long as there’s no disruptive noise during recording. We’ll check the space together before the session.

No. For the agreed recording, we provide the recording equipment, microphones, and LED lighting. You provide a suitable space, participants, and a prepared discussion topic.

We’ll agree on the number of participants before recording, based on the conversation format, location, and microphone setup required. Four camera angles don’t automatically mean four speakers can take part, so please let us know your planned lineup when you get in touch.

Yes. By arrangement, we can record several episodes in the same session using the same setup. Use the calculator for an estimate for a single episode; for multiple episodes in one session, we’ll agree on the scope and total price separately.

We’ll agree on the scope of content editing before editing begins. We’ll discuss whether you’d like us to simply switch between camera angles or also shorten the conversation and remove selected sections. More extensive editing affects both the turnaround time and the price.

You’ll receive an edited video episode in MP4 format. The scope depends on the agreed duration, number of cameras and selected add-on services. You can choose subtitles and platform publishing in the calculator. Any additional exports or handover of raw footage can be arranged separately.

We prepare the recording for its intended use. YouTube and Spotify allow video publishing, while Apple Podcasts requires the appropriate distribution process through hosting and an RSS feed or a supported video solution. So please tell us before recording which platforms you plan to publish your podcast on.

Yes, you can add publishing by selecting your preferred platforms in the calculator. The basic service includes recording, editing, and the final MP4 file. Before publishing to your channels, we’ll coordinate the necessary access and publishing process. Ongoing channel management is not included.

We’ll agree on the delivery date before recording, based on the number and length of episodes and the complexity of the editing. If you have a publication date in mind, please let us know when you first get in touch.

The calculator provides an indicative price based on the number of participants, number of cameras, estimated podcast duration, distance to the location and selected add-on services. Prices exclude VAT. We’ll confirm the final scope and price before recording once the arrangements have been agreed.
