Polyplak board printing configurator and ordering
Once you’ve configured your product in the calculator, add it to your basket. The order quantity is added as one set. Delivery and VAT are calculated at checkout. We review every order before production and will contact you if anything is unclear.
PolyLite Classic and Bubble board options
The current configurator offers PolyLite Classic 3 mm, PolyLite Classic 5 mm and PolyLite Bubble 2.9 mm. Classic has a fluted structure, while Bubble has a bubble structure. This difference matters when handling the board, considering the appearance of its edge and planning the installation. Choose the material based on the size and support required, not just its name or thickness. For larger runs, it is worth checking a sample or agreeing on the expected appearance in advance. If the new graphic needs to match an existing sign, also tell us about its structure.
Printed sides and lamination
For a sign mounted against a wall, usually only one side is visible; for wayfinding or a display, both sides may be visible. In the configurator, select single-sided or double-sided printing. Lamination can be omitted or selected in matte, gloss or write-on/wipe-off finish. For double-sided printing, clearly label the artwork for the front and back. Drilling, custom-shaped cuts and installation are not listed as separate options in this configurator, so please arrange these separately before ordering. Choosing lamination does not in itself determine the right mounting system.
Planning sign dimensions and mounting
Before ordering, consider how far away the reader will be, what they should notice first and how the product will be mounted. For directional signs, prioritize the direction, concise wording and a recognizable symbol over fine details. For outdoor installations, consider the size, wind exposure and mounting surface; durability depends on more than just the material. Enter dimensions in the calculator in centimetres. For different versions, use separate items; for multiple designs within one version, specify the total quantity and number of designs. Name the files to match the labels for each sign.

What is polyplak?
This product range includes lightweight PP (polypropylene) boards with a cellular structure. The configurator offers fluted PolyLite Classic and bubble-structured PolyLite Bubble. They are used for advertising and wayfinding signs, display boards and other graphic installations.
What thicknesses are currently available?
Choose from PolyLite Classic in 3 or 5 mm thickness and PolyLite Bubble in 2.9 mm thickness. This is the current online selection. If you need a different thickness or the same material as an existing sign, contact us before ordering.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes, the configurator supports both single-sided and double-sided printing. Prepare a correctly oriented file for each visible side and label it clearly. For orders with multiple signs, also specify which design goes with each version.
Can I use polyplak outdoors?
This material is also offered for use in external graphic applications. For a specific installation, consider the size, mounting method, exposure and intended duration of use. For larger or heavily loaded installations, let us know these details before ordering.
How does polyplak differ from forex?
Polyplak has a cellular PP structure, while forex is foamed PVC. They differ in construction and available options. When choosing, compare the intended use, size, mounting method and edge appearance.
