Once you’ve configured your product in the calculator, add it to your basket. The order quantity is added as one set. Delivery and VAT are calculated at checkout. We review every order before production and will contact you if anything is unclear.
Designing your table flag
When designing your flag, consider which side visitors will see. Double-sided printing lets you use both sides for your logo, company name or event message. On the narrow 90 × 230 mm format, make the most important information large enough and ensure it stands out clearly against the background. Longer text is better suited to accompanying printed materials. For a series of flags, create a consistent base design with different versions for individual presenters, departments or partners. In the calculator, match the number of designs to the artwork versions you have prepared, and make sure the total quantity covers all the flags ordered.
Materials, printing and lamination
The calculator offers coated matte stocks, uncoated ECO stocks, Never Tear and Majestic; available weights vary by stock group. Choose a material to suit the look of your artwork and the feel you want for the finished product. Full-colour or black-and-white double-sided printing is available. Order the flag without lamination, or with matte or gloss lamination on both sides. Matte and gloss are different finishes, so choose one to match your other printed materials for the event. The configuration also includes a hole-punching option. Before ordering, check the complete combination of material, print and finishing; the price applies to the selected specification.
Stand colours and quantities
The PVC stand is 34 cm high. Choose from white, red, blue, dark blue, grey, silver or gold; you can also order without a stand. This is useful if you already have stands and only need new printed flags. Choose a colour to suit the space, logo and other presentation elements. Then enter the quantity, designs and production date, and add your chosen configuration to the cart. For a coordinated trade show or reception area, pair your table flags with business cards and roll-up banner stands. Configure each product separately to keep the specifications clear.

What size is the table flag?
The printed area in this calculator measures 90 × 230 mm. The optional PVC stand is 34 cm high. When preparing your artwork, allow for the narrow, portrait format and keep the main message clear when the flag is displayed on a table.
Can I order the flag without a stand?
Yes. When selecting the PVC stand, choose No stand. Use this option when you only need a new printed flag. If you plan to use your own stand, check that it is compatible with the print dimensions and attachment method before ordering.
What colours is the PVC stand available in?
The calculator offers white, red, blue, dark blue, grey, silver and gold stands. The colour you choose will be included in your order specification. If you need a different colour or a special holder, check with DTS first to see what is possible.
Is the flag printed on both sides?
Yes. The calculator offers full-colour double-sided and black-and-white double-sided printing. Clearly identify both sides in your artwork and check their orientation. If the two sides have different content, make sure this is clear in the supplied artwork.
Can I prepare several different designs in the same order?
Yes. Enter the total number of flags and the number of different designs. Give each artwork version a clear name and specify the required quantity of each. If the material, stand colour or finishing also varies, create separate configurations for those options.
