Postcard configurator and ordering
Once you’ve configured your product in the calculator, add it to your basket. The order quantity is added as one set. Delivery and VAT are calculated at checkout. We review every order before production and will contact you if anything is unclear.
Artwork for the front and back
The front of the postcard can feature a photo, illustration or reproduction of your design. Decide how you want the back to look during preparation: it can be left blank for writing or include additional printed content. If the postcard will be mailed, plan a clear layout for the message and recipient’s details. For a retail or tourism series, keep a consistent look across the individual designs. Check how your photo will be cropped in the chosen format, and keep important details away from the edges. Compare the on-screen preview with the printed item at actual size too.
Postcard sizes, paper and lamination
The calculator offers A6, the larger A5 and the DL format (one-third of A4). Choose a proportion that suits your design instead of cropping it excessively to fit a different format later. Materials include Garda Matt Card, matte-coated and uncoated ECO papers; check the available paper weights after selecting a type. Lamination is available in single-sided matte or gloss. If you want to write on the postcard, check that the paper and finish are suitable for your pen. Printing on both sides and being able to write on the surface are different features, so consider them separately when ordering.
Ordering a series of postcard designs
For a postcard series, enter the total quantity and number of different designs. Label the files clearly so the photos don’t get mixed up, and specify how many copies you need of each design. If the products have different formats or materials, set them up as separate configurations and add them to the same cart. The current price depends on the options selected and the production schedule. Check delivery costs and taxes at checkout. Uploading files is optional; if you’ve already sent us your artwork by email or WeTransfer, you don’t need to upload it again just to pay for your order.

Can I print my own photo on a postcard?
Yes, postcards can be printed with your photo or other artwork. Choose the material and print options, then check the design at actual size. If you’re preparing several photos, list them as separate designs and clearly specify how the total print run should be divided.
Can the back of a postcard be printed?
Yes, you can choose double-sided printing. The back can feature different text or artwork, provided it’s included in the file you submit. If you also plan to write or address the postcard by hand, leave enough space in the layout and check that the selected material is suitable.
Can postcards be laminated?
You can select no lamination, single-sided matt lamination or single-sided gloss lamination. Specify which side should be laminated. Double-sided printing does not mean that both sides will be laminated.
How do I order a set of postcards with multiple designs?
Enter the total quantity, set the number of designs and prepare clearly labelled files. When placing your order, specify how many copies of each design you need. For different formats or paper types, use separate configurations so the price and instructions for each product are clear.
