Configure your Stadur board print
Once you’ve configured your product in the calculator, add it to your basket. The order quantity is added as one set. Delivery and VAT are calculated at checkout. We review every order before production and will contact you if anything is unclear.
Stadur dimensions and board thickness
Enter the finished width and height in centimetres and choose Stadur 10 mm or 19 mm. Thickness affects the side appearance and how the edge finish is prepared, so it’s best to choose it when planning the display. If you’re hanging several pictures on the same wall, make sure the thickness and alignment of each piece match. The current entry form specifies a maximum width of 150 cm and height of 300 cm. For larger formats, special mounting or use in demanding conditions, check suitability and agree on the details before ordering.
Wrapped images and edge strips
The Wrapped Image option means the artwork must be prepared so the design continues around the edge. Keep important faces, text and logos away from the edge of the front surface. Alternatively, choose a white or black edge strip to visually separate the front image from the sides. When choosing, consider the directions from which the product will be viewed and the colour of its surroundings. Production allowances are not the same as the finished dimensions of the panel you order; prepare the artwork to suit the selected thickness and finish.
Lamination and artwork preparation
You can order the surface without lamination or choose a matte, gloss or write-on/wipe-off finish. Choose the finish to suit the purpose of the graphic and the look you want. For several identical boards with different images, enter the total quantity and number of designs. If the dimensions, thickness or edge finish differ, create separate configurations and name the files to match the options ordered. Special hanging hardware and installation are not listed as options in this calculator. Please arrange wall or other surface mounting separately before confirming an order with these requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Stadur boards are available in the configurator?
You can currently choose Stadur board in 10 or 19 mm thickness and enter your finished dimensions in centimetres. Along with the material, specify the edge finish, any lamination, the quantity and the number of different designs.
What does the Wrapped image option mean?
For this finish, the artwork must be prepared so the design continues around the edge of the product. Keep important content within the visible front surface. Allow for the required extra material based on the selected board thickness and finished size.
Can I choose a white or black edge?
Yes. Under Edge finish, you can choose Wrapped image, black edge strip or white edge strip. This option is part of the configuration and will appear in the product specifications in your cart.
Can I order double-sided printing on Stadur?
The current online configurator does not offer a choice of single- or double-sided printing. If you need graphics on both sides, send us an enquiry with the dimensions, selected thickness and edge requirements so we can check the available options.
Does the order include hanging hardware or installation?
Hanging hardware and on-site installation are not listed as additional options in the current calculator. To discuss mounting, send us a description of the wall or surface, the product dimensions and a photo of the installation location, so we can agree on the details separately.
